Panipuri has various names depending on the region. In Haryana it is called paani ke patase in Madhya Pradesh fulki in Uttar Pradesh golgappa, in West Bengal, Bangladesh and Nepal is called puchkkas & in parts of Gujarat is called pakodi.
Puchka differs from panipuri in terms of content and taste. It uses a mixture of boiled gram and mashed potatoes as the filling, and is tangy rather than sweetish while the water is sour and spicy.


  • 4 years ago, on one fine day we have started our Pani-Puri business on a small counter with just 7 customers using single regular flavour. Now we are serving more than 150 customers on daily basis along with 4 flavours.
    We are so caring about hygine is that we always use minral water for Pani Puri. We do not add any artificial falvour or color and we also use best quality potatoes to make masala in Pani Puri.
  • We cares about the quality and taste and for that We start our selling at 5PM sharp and close 9:30 PM sharp to maintain quality and freshness of masala. Puries get fried under expert observation within limited quantity to keep them fresh and crispy. We prepare aloo masala before 1 hr of start selling.
  • After great response in Pani-Puri, We also started other fast food options like Dabeli, Vadapav, Chinese Food, Momos, French Fries etc. where we received very positive response from our customers.
